About Chaney Properties
Chaney Properties began in a historic building in downtown Greensboro in 1982. We specialize in leasing historic vintage properties that include apartment buildings, single family houses and commercial buildings. Chaney Properties has received local and national awards for outstanding renovations of historic properties.
Beginning in 1982 with properties in the UNCG area and quickly growing to include over 100 rental units in UNCG and downtown Greensboro. Our #1 goal is to serve our tenants.
